UVAB irradiation =UVA (385nm, 1500 μw/cm2, 100 mJ/cm2) plus UVB (302nm, 1500 μw/cm2, 100mJ/cm2).

Blank: without any treatment. Concentration at 0mM: cells treated with UVAB irradiation in the absence of AB, UA and EGCG. Concentration at 50-100mM: cells treated with UVAB irradiation in the presence of 50-100mM of AB, UA, and EGCG, respectively. EGCG was used as the positive control.
