Orthohyperkeratosis, epidermal hyperplasia with disturbance in the cell arrangement of the lower epidermal layers associated with cellular and nuclear polymorphism. Proliferation of atypical epithelial growth in the upper dermis was seen (hematoxylin and eosin).
