Editorial: Introducing The Last Issue

It is now more than ten years since I introduced the first issue of the "Egyptian Dermatology Online Journal" (EDOJ) Introducing The First Issue. The mission of founding EDOJ is accomplished. Online scientific publishing in Egypt and the world is a great success. National competition among scientific journals improved the journals standards. Many Egyptian dermatologists are publishing in esteemed journals allover the world. I was very motivated when I founded this pioneer journal in Egypt but it takes a lot of effort to continue. Thanks to our reviewers and all who helped me through the last ten years. The journal needed a lot of librarian professional efforts in order to keep up to the international standards, this was not easy to get. This issue and all earlier ones will continue to be accessible as usual but no more issues would appear.
